The early totals are in and it looks like the recent vote to change the assessment structure has FAILED. With each property getting two votes, the accountant has 226 yes votes (43%) and 296 no votes (57%) . Ballots postmarked prior to the cutoff date will be accepted through Thursday but we do not expect it to impact the outcome.
