The board met Monday, April 28 at 840 East Lake Drive. Most of the discussion is already covered elsewhere in the newsletter. Other highlights include:
- Geotechnical work has been done at 840 East Lake Drive. Reports will be in soon.
- Greenside Lawn and Landscaping was approved to continue mowing commons areas
- Lou and James Perrini will continue mowing the difficult portions of the dam and do the brush cleanup recommended at the last inspection
- Options for improving signage and making monthly agendas are still being considered
- The permits for fireworks on the dam July 3 have been approved
