A letter and ballot for Dunlap Lake was mailed to you from Community Property Management in Manchester, MO last week. In the letter, our phone number was wrong and the return envelope was not enclosed.
Since it is critical that everyone’s vote make it to the right place to be counted, we feel we must send out a new mailing with the return envelope.
We are moving the due date for ballots to Wed., September 28, 2016 to make sure that everyone has time to vote.
