The October board meeting was postponed until November 7 since it fell on Halloween. Important topics not covered elsewhere in this newsletter include:

  • Spending has been very conservative, DLPOA is close to $120,000 under budget at this point.
  • A early draft of next year’s budget was handed out for board member and committee committees review.
  • Residents of the 100 and 200 blocks of Thomas Terrace presented a petition to request their properties be removed from the Association. The Executive Committee was asked to look into the matter.
  • Carolyn has gotten the surveys of all the commons areas into pdf format for easy access.

The next board meeting is scheduled for 7 p.m on the last Monday of the month, November 28.
