There were 317 votes (56%) in favor of a $500 annual assessment fee per voting lot and 245 (44%) against it. Anyone who’s assessment bill was under $500 should have received an invoice from City & Village for the remaining balance. The few individuals who paid more than that will get a credit toward next year’s bill.
